Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and [상호 / Business name] ("we", "us"), the operator of Postaro (https://postaro.app). By creating an account or using Postaro, you agree to them.
1. The service
Postaro lets you connect your own social media accounts, write posts, and publish them now or at a scheduled time. You can also use it through our API and AI assistant integrations (for example MCP, Claude and ChatGPT) to manage your own accounts.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and API keys safe.
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Connected platforms
- When you connect a social account, you authorize Postaro to publish the content you schedule to that account on your behalf.
- Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. Postaro is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest or Bluesky.
- YouTube: Postaro uses YouTube API Services. By using Postaro's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time. If a platform stops supporting a feature, we may have to change or remove it.
4. Your content and acceptable use
- You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
- Do not use Postaro to post spam, to post the same content repeatedly to game platform systems, to impersonate others, to post illegal or infringing content, or to break any platform's automation rules.
- Label AI-generated or synthetic media where a platform or the law requires it.
- We may suspend accounts that put other users, the platforms or the service at risk. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. Plans, trial and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
- Free trials require a payment method. We email you at least 3 days before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before it ends, your plan starts and you are charged.
- You can cancel at any time in the app in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
- Refunds: if you were charged and did not mean to be (for example you forgot to cancel a trial or a renewal), email hello@postaro.app within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase applies to you.
6. Availability
We work hard to publish every post on time and tell you right away when something fails. We cannot guarantee that a platform will accept or display a post, and the service may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits or reach), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Postaro and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them. After your account is closed, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
